Greetings from St Oswald’s – we hope this finds you well!
We find ourselves hurtling into the Autumn, almost unsure of where the summer has gone! The colours are starting to change around us and as a Community we are very much feeling as though ‘change’ is upon is – in so many (good) ways! We are now a full-time residential community of 5 (Jackie, Paul, Sarah, Sally & Michyla) which is very exciting and something to celebrate! We have Audrey with us for a few months, having returned from North Carolina to be with us once more. Julia has also joined the gang of extended community members who live in the area and work alongside us regularly.
We recently celebrated harvest, giving thanks for the plentiful produce we’ve grown which we use regularly as we cater for guests. We’re also thankful for the abundant crop of honey our bees have produced…and of course, eggs from our 5 new chickens!
As well as looking back with thankfulness, we are excited to look forward to some exciting opportunities for next year. Here are some of the events we are offering…there will be a few more added in due course (there are some additional details on the website).
